Stop suffering from your family member’s mental illness.
Help them improve while looking after your own well-being
You are the person who is always there to care for them and face the complicated symptoms of their mental disorder.
As the primary caregiver, you prioritise their protection and care over your own happiness.
Don’t settle for taking a back seat in your own life
It’s time to stop:
You lose your temper amidst so many obligations and so little free time. You take out your bad mood on those you love most.
Arguments and tantrums overwhelm you. You don’t know how to handle them calmly and patiently.
You fear repeating behaviours from your elders, suffered in childhood, that might affect their upbringing.
You worry that your relationship problems or break-up will affect their emotional development.
It’s exhausting giving them orders that only make them rebel and throw a tantrum.
You are a first-time mum or dad and want to raise them without suffering the distress other parents experience.
You worry that your relationship problems or break-up will affect their emotional development.
Even before the diagnosis, you live in an eternal sacrifice.

Some patients share their transformation
“I have always felt very comfortable and at ease to talk. At first, as I was the one who talked the most, I received less feedback, and given my situation at the time, I was a bit eager for it. I only felt that at the beginning; gradually, I noticed things progressing and that I was making progress myself. You have helped me a lot throughout this process, and I am very grateful for it.”

“I have so much to thank you for on this journey. You have helped me connect with myself in a very special way. I only regret that these moments come to an end. Besides many fun times, I take away a lesson that will stay with me for the rest of my life. For me, you are someone who breaks chains and empowers people. Thank you for the time shared and for accompanying me on this journey, thank you for embracing me when I needed support and when I wanted to share my joy. Thank you for letting me be myself.”

Who will be my psychologist
and why can they help me?
Hello, I’m Patricia!
I’ll be honest with you. There are thousands of psychologists you could go to.
But there’s a big difference between many of them and what you’ll find here.
After personally experiencing a beloved family member’s psychotic episode and barely coping with their care for years, I deeply suffered the deterioration and neglect of my own needs and will.
Thanks to these experiences and years of clinical practice and continuous study in all aspects of human psychology, today I offer you the definitive way to gain confidence, increase your security, and overcome the toughest moments when facing your loved one’s mental illness.
Transform your exhausting reality when facing your family member’s diagnosis.
Achieve your true liberation.
Do you have questions?
Here are the answers to the most common ones
Can I contact my psychologist in an emergency?
This topic will be addressed individually in the first session, to establish an action protocol and tools in case of emergency.
How are sessions paid for?
Sessions will be paid for via the payment gateway link you will find right here. You can also pay by Bizum to XXXX.
Always with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Can sessions be cancelled?
Sessions can be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. In this case, they can be postponed to a new available date, preferably at the same time slot. If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, the session will be charged without the possibility of postponement.
What happens if I decide to abandon the therapeutic process before finishing?
It is completely natural that, throughout a therapeutic process, doubts arise, difficulties we believe we cannot overcome, emotions that cause us too much pain, and that this makes us think about abandoning therapy. While the ideal is to finish the therapeutic process following each patient’s pace, if you want to abandon therapy, the only thing I will ask is that it be an abandonment ‘with prior notice’. So that even in that last session, you can take away valuable tools and we can provide the most appropriate closure according to your circumstances.
Can I have sessions in another language?
We can have sessions in Spanish, English, French, and German.
How do we connect for sessions?
We will use specific software for psychology sessions in video call format, which rigorously complies with all security and data protection regulations. You won’t need to download any application; you can access it via the web, and you will use a username and password that only you will know.
Are sessions recorded?
Sessions can be recorded, always with your consent. It provides added value at the end of therapy and a therapeutic exercise that contributes to maintaining the achieved results, to be able to view some of the recorded sessions, which is why my recommendation is to record them.
What does psychological therapy involve?
Psychological therapy is a therapeutic process in which the psychologist provides the most appropriate tools and techniques for each patient, in order to improve their quality of life and well-being, facilitating that their behaviours and thoughts align with their most authentic self.
In psychological therapy, we address problems affecting mental health and emotional well-being, building a solid and secure therapeutic relationship, where the individual finds a protective space for the development of all their potential.
To achieve this appropriate therapeutic relationship for each patient, we rely on two fundamental pillars:
I. Structure of the therapeutic relationship:
- Mandatory rules: norms and guarantees, we will establish a series of rules about what cannot be done (no violence, no sexualisation, confidentiality of information, ending the session). Here you will never do anything you don’t want to do. You already know what cannot be done. Everything else can be done.
Objective: to grow towards autonomy, not to be dependent on authority (there’s no need to ask permission for things that need to be done). - Therapeutic contract, two copies, in writing, signed by patient and psychologist.
- Framework: to ensure that the therapeutic work is carried out under the best conditions for achieving objectives (without distractions, noise, etc.).
II. Love: present in the therapeutic relationship, based on:
- Trust. The therapist trusts themselves, trusts their patient, the patient trusts their therapist, the patient trusts themselves. Similar to mother-baby, the four steps of human trust development.
- Another element of love is therapeutic contact, clean, directed towards the patient’s well-being (visual, energetic, physical contact… as deep as possible so that the patient feels safe, considered).
- Respect. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will accompany and protect you as you take your own steps. Without judgment.
We will achieve a solid, secure, protective, and loving relationship, so that you dare to face and resolve your own demons.
