If you feel like you’re on autopilot between work, home, and children day after day.
You’re probably experiencing one of these difficult situations:
You lose your temper amidst so many obligations and so little free time. You take your bad mood out on those you love most.
You’re overwhelmed by arguments and tantrums. You don’t know how to handle them calmly and patiently.
You fear repeating behaviours from your elders that you suffered in childhood, which might affect your children’s upbringing.
You’re concerned that your relationship problems or sentimental breakup might affect their emotional development.
It wears you out giving orders that only make them rebel and throw tantrums.
You’re a first-time mum or dad and want to raise your child without experiencing the discomfort other parents suffer.
Childhood is the key stage where your children begin to imitate and learn everything they see and hear around them.
Transform your uncertainty
about not knowing if you’re the good example you hoped to be
And balance the discipline and empathy
they need to grow up happy and secure.
Many mothers and fathers come to therapy feeling overwhelmed and frustrated by this incomparable life challenge.

Some patients share their transformation
“I’ve always felt very comfortable and at ease to talk. At first, as I was the one doing most of the talking, I received less feedback, and given my situation at the time, I was a bit eager for it. I only felt that at the beginning; little by little, I noticed things progressing and that I was making progress myself. You’ve helped me a lot throughout this process, and I’m very grateful for it.”

“I have so much to thank you for on this journey. You’ve helped me connect with myself in a very special way. I only regret that these moments come to an end. Besides many fun times, I’m taking away a lesson that will stay with me for the rest of my life. For me, you are someone who breaks chains and empowers people. Thank you for the time shared and for accompanying me on this journey, thank you for embracing me when I needed support and when I wanted to share my joy. Thank you for letting me be myself.”

Transformative Psychology is not for you if…
1
You believe psychotherapy is a magic lamp and the psychologist is the genie who grants wishes without any effort.
2
You don’t commit to putting what you’ve learned into practice during therapy.
3
You resist change and prefer to stay in your comfort zone.
4
You try to negotiate the price or make endless excuses to avoid your sessions.
5
You had a bad experience with another psychologist and think psychotherapy can’t help you.
Who will my psychologist be
and how will she help me?
Hi, I’m Patricia!
As a mother of 2 children and a divorced woman, I’ve been through different stages during my motherhood.
I adore how my little ones challenge me daily to be a better mother and to grow as a person.
They ignite in me the need to be and give my best.
That’s why I started to delve into their emotions, understand their behaviours, and establish a solid foundation of mutual understanding so they could do the same.
I’m not the perfect mother.
But I do guarantee that I live my motherhood with the happiness and balance I always dreamed of. My healthy relationship with them is proof of that.
If you want to know how to achieve this with your own family, dare to focus your attention on your self-care and on the development of your own and your family’s emotional growth.
Be their role model as the happy mum or dad you always dreamed of being
Do you have questions?
Here are the most common ones
Can I contact my psychologist in an emergency?
This topic will be addressed individually in the first session, to establish an action protocol and tools in case of emergency.
How are sessions paid for?
Sessions will be paid for via the payment gateway access link you’ll find right here. You can also pay by Bizum to XXXX.
Always with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Can sessions be cancelled?
Sessions can be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. In this case, they can be postponed to a new available date, preferably at the same time slot. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session will be charged without the possibility of postponement.
What happens if I decide to abandon the therapeutic process before it's finished?
It’s completely natural that, throughout a therapeutic process, doubts arise, difficulties we think we can’t overcome, emotions that cause us too much pain, and that this makes us consider abandoning therapy. While it’s ideal to finish the therapeutic process at each patient’s pace, if you want to abandon therapy, the only thing I’ll ask is that it be an abandonment ‘with prior notice’. So that even in that last session, you can take away valuable tools and we can provide the most appropriate closure according to your circumstances.
Can I have sessions in another language?
We can have sessions in Spanish, English, French, and German.
How do we connect for sessions?
We will use specific software for psychology sessions in video call format, which rigorously complies with all security and data protection regulations. You won’t need to download any application; you can access it via the web, and you’ll use a username and password that only you will know.
Are sessions recorded?
Sessions can be recorded, always with your consent. It provides added value at the end of therapy and a therapeutic exercise that contributes to maintaining the results achieved, to be able to view some of the recorded sessions, which is why my recommendation is to record them.
What does psychological therapy involve?
Psychological therapy is a therapeutic process in which the psychologist provides the most appropriate tools and techniques for each patient, in order to improve their quality of life and well-being, facilitating the alignment of their behaviours and thoughts with their most authentic self.
In psychological therapy, we address problems affecting mental health and emotional well-being, building a solid and secure therapeutic relationship, where the individual finds a protective space for the development of all their potential.
To achieve this appropriate therapeutic relationship for each patient, we rely on two fundamental pillars:
I. Structure of the therapeutic relationship:
- Mandatory rules: norms and guarantees, we will establish a series of rules about what cannot be done (no violence, no sexualisation, confidentiality of information, ending the session). Here you will never do anything you don’t want to do. You already know what cannot be done. Everything else can be done.
Objective: to grow towards autonomy, not to be dependent on authority (there’s no need to ask permission for things that need to be done). - Therapeutic contract, two copies, in writing, signed by patient and psychologist.
- Framing: to ensure that the therapeutic work is carried out under the best conditions for achieving objectives (without distractions, noise, etc.).
II. Love: present in the therapeutic relationship, based on:
- Trust. The therapist trusts themselves, trusts their patient, the patient trusts their therapist, the patient trusts themselves. Similar to mother-baby, the four steps of human trust development.
- Another element of love is therapeutic contact, clean, directed towards the patient’s well-being (visual, energetic, physical contact… as deep as possible so that the patient feels secure, taken into account).
- Respect. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will accompany and protect you as you take your own steps. Without judgment.
We will achieve a solid, secure, protective, and loving relationship, so you dare to face and resolve your own demons.
